In this lawsuit, Andrew Chien alleges most of the unpaid compensations of former directors of Cyber Group Network Corporation were fabricated. The action of the issuance of about 323 million shares of CGPN to three insiders on November 7, 2005 is a fraudulent equity transfer to three insiders, and caused other shareholders to lost 65% of deserved shares of SKBI.OB after the merger. The inaccurate accounting and book-keeping of Skystar Bio Pharma ranged from January 2003 till today caused the stock price of the company drifted lower.
