Attorney William Spallina recently joined Buyers Brokers Only, LLC, an exclusive buyer agency that serves Eastern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire, as a real estate broker. Spallina, who will work from a Boston office, will provide buyer representation for clients to purchase properties in Boston neighborhoods, including South Boston, Charlestown, the Waterfront, West End, Back Bay and surrounding Massachusetts communities, including Newton, Brookline and Cambridge. Spallina has represented clients involved in the purchase and sale of numerous properties, both residential and commercial. Over the years he has represented a diverse group of clients who have purchased private residences, investment properties, rental properties and condominiums. He also has extensive experience dealing with appraisers, government regulatory agencies, home inspectors, banks, other real estate agents, zoning officials, environmental, building and safety experts, architects, builders and tax accountants. Spallina also has experience with purchases of condominiums and homes from banks after foreclosure; purchase or properties seized by the state and federal government; purchase of properties from bankruptcy courts; purchase of properties from estates; and purchase of properties that have environmental, zoning, safety or construction issues. Spallina's diverse experience has provided him with the skills to complete and advise clients about complicated real estate transactions. Spallina is a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, a member of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, National Association of REALTORS®, Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® and Greater Boston Real Estate Board. A graduate of Boston College and New England School of Law, Spallina started practicing law in 1981, and he has handled real estate matters since that time. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and the bar of the United States District Court. Outside of his professional life, you can find Spallina residing in his North Shore home. He enjoys traveling the world as well as researching and learning about the rich history of the Boston waterfront, and its surrounding wharfs and buildings.
