We are embarking on our own adventure of discovery; the first ever transcontinental biofuel flight. We will begin at the Pacific Ocean and finish at historic First Flight Airport (KFFA) in Kitty Hawk, NC. We are calling our flight “Get the Lead Out”, signifying both the need to remove lead from piston aviation fuel, and as a call to action. We believe local alternatives to the global fuel economy are both possible and practical. Our solution, LookLocal(TM), will deliver limitless water, green fuels, and a huge boost to the national and world economy when teamed with existing technologies.

Our nation can be energy-independent in 10 years if we start implementing this solution today. Our flight will tentatively begin Tuesday, October 28th at Chino airport. The precise date is open, as we need fair weather both in route and at our destination. There will be two rest stops and two fuel stops, one at Tradewinds Airport in Amarillo, TX, and an overnight stop in Memphis, TN. Media outlets are invited to email or call for interviews and photo opportunity information. Please find additional details at www.LookLocal.org
